Publisher's Description:WinQuota Professional - WinQuota is disk quota management software that has been designed for regular usage on any types of servers, especially on servers with large amount of files, such as file servers, news and mail servers.WinQuota allows managing directories and files size with blocking any operations that enlarge quota limits. WinQuota works fully automatically and administrator intervention is not required to unlock/solve quota overflow. WinQuota offers a possibility to set quota limitations for specified directories and files, including subdirectories, inner mount points, system and sparse files. Disk quota settings can not be exhausted by any kind of operation, including file moving, renaming, copying and other. WinQuota also enables to set soft quotas. This kind of quota can be exceeded but in this case Administrator will receive a log event with user and quota information. In addition there is a possibility to determine custom scripts and 3rd party programs that can be used as “soft” quota excess triggers. All the WinQuota settings can be managed as via GUI as using command line tools in the UNIX style. WinQuota works with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 at Intel x86 and AMD64/EM64T platforms; it supports Windows cluster solutions and works well in multi-domain environment with full support of trustee relationships in domains.
